Rena Cheskis-Gold, Principal
M.A. and (A.B.D.), Brown University, Demography and Population Studies
As a consultant to senior policy and decision-makers in the higher education community, Rena Cheskis-Gold provides background data and research for academic, programmatic, and physical planning initiatives, new policy formulation, program assessment, and accreditation. She has worked with the offices of the President, Provost, Dean, housing, admissions, athletics, benefits, academic and alumni affairs, and library at more than twenty-five colleges and universities. She teaches and speaks regularly on many aspects of survey, demographic, and market research.
Cynthia Saltzman, Associate
Ph.D. Columbia University, Cultural Anthropology
Cynthia Saltzman has worked as a teacher and visiting scholar at a wide variety of institutions of higher education, including the University of Pennsylvania and Barnard College. She is skilled in qualitative research and writing, with specialties in indepth interviews and focus group facilitation. She has consulted on college retention, departmental assessments, and students' housing and community needs.
Alexandra Danahy, Associate
A.B. Harvard College, M.A. Harvard University, Urban Planning
With a background in urban planning and management consulting, Alexandra has strong research, analysis and writing skills as well as knowledge of physical planning.
She has managed physical planning projects both for a non-profit in Boston as well as Harvard University.
At Harvard, working with the offices of the President, Deans of individual schools, real estate, and benefits, she managed graduate and faculty housing planning initiatives, including graduate and undergraduate housing surveys, focus groups, benchmarking studies, feasibility studies for re-use of buildings, and demand modeling for housing in Harvard’s new Allston campus.
